How to Use
- Marinades are ready to dress over chicken, fish, pork, tofu, or vegetables. Add 2 - 3 tbsp to your washed, cleaned meat. Mix until marinade evenly covers. Allow at least 2 hours (or overnight for best results.)
- Dry rubs can be applied just before cooking or used as a finishing spice. Add 1 tbsp of olive, coconut, grapeseed or avocado oil to your washed, cleaned chicken. Then add 1 tbsp of dry rub, making sure to completely cover all pieces when mixing.
- For green seasoning, think of it as your all‑purpose Caribbean base—perfect for stews, rice dishes, or as a marinade for seafood.
Storage & Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dark place. Refrigerate after opening (especially marinades). Each jar and bottle is batch‑dated for freshness.
